Project: Large mostly informal garden comprising bush regeneration and native perimeter plantings to screen road and neighbours; orchard, dam and raised vegie gardens; large open lawns to retain open space; feature rock gardens near front door and pergola’d paved area and water feature near main living area; new deck and stairways, bank stabilization and resolution of site drainage issues.

Sustainable house and garden – Ryde NSW

Project: Garden to complement sustainable house designed by Caroline Pidcock Sustainable Architects. House solar powered, with rainwater tanks and grey-water treatment system concealed under house and decks. Garden design provided for front garden wetland and water recycling in formal rainwater ponds and drainage easement; native and perimeter screen plantings; herb and vegie gardens, compost bays, chook run and garden shed; and “pleasure garden” features of summer house, swimming pool, sunny and shady decks and indoor garden / fernery.
